Standard Delivery

Product lead-times vary, however most products take 5-10 working days (although most chairs are delivered within 48 hours!). Seating that is upholstered in a fabric of your choice will take longer (generally around 3 weeks) but please enquire for a more accurate lead-time.

Free UK delivery on all products! (Excludes 'extreme' postcodes)

All products are priced for mainland UK and exclude delivery charges which are calculated at the checkout stage.

Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland and anywhere classed as an 'extreme location'

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (excluding bank holidays). All goods require a signature on delivery.

Most items come flat packed to keep costs very low and are easily assembled. If you wish to enquire about our assembly service please call our sales specialists on 0116 269 1283.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. Please note that due to geographical constraints Aberdeen, Inverness, Oban and the Western Isles, Cornwall, Devon and Northern Ireland only qualify for 5 Day Delivery with our Delivery service.

What happens if I'm not in?
A card should be posted through your letterbox to advise of a failed delivery and give a re-delivery date or a phone number to contact to arrange delivery at your convenience.

We're also happy to accept orders from outside the UK... please e-mail if you require a postage quote.

Damages, Cancellations & Returns

We want all our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our goods and service. We pride ourselves in delivering quality products at the best prices. If you are dissatisfied with our service or goods for any reason, please contact customer services by clicking on contact us.

Discrepancies & Damages

Any claim by you which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with the specification shall be notified to us within 5 working days from the date of delivery or within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure. LOF Direct shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the goods).

Cancellations

You have 14 days to request goods to be cancelled (from date of order) or returned (from date of receipt). Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Goods to be returned will be collected by us or our agents. LOF Direct reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 25% of the value of the goods for items cancelled or returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given. Goods to be returned are to be kept safe and secure until such time as they are collected by us. Any damage to the Goods will be deducted from any refund given in addition to the minimum handling fee (if applicable) referred to above. We will refund the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions once the Goods have been examined and within 30 days of their collection from you by LOF Direct.

Returns

Please contact us as this ensures your returns will be dealt with promptly. All returns must be accompanied by a description of the fault and invoice/receipt/proof of purchase. Any items found to be not faulty will be returned to you, and will be chargeable.

Please remember:

  • Always speak to us before returning goods.
  • Goods must always be returned COMPLETE in original packaging and in the same condition as sent.
  • If your product is "not suitable" it must be reported within 24 hours.
