Size

Types
After looking at the size of table needed, we would then move onto the shape and practicality of the desk. Arrow head, rectangular and boat shape are all popular designs. With a lot of offices now requiring an internet connection, laptops are used more in meetings/ conference calls, so a power supply maybe needed.
Do you need to use the room for anything other than a meeting, if so, maybe you need to consider the table being mobile. Style
Are your meeting tables going in a breakout area? If so you might want to consider variations of height. Having tables with stools could be seen as more casual and get people collaborating.
