Neon NN102W Optional Extras Explained:

Synchronised Mechanism with Seat Tilt - This keeps the same standard synchronised mechanism on the Neon chair with the added feature of being able to adjust the seat tilt angle independently and lock it off in the users desired position

Polished Base - As well as increasing the aesthetic appeal of the Neon range, a polished base is also recommended for seating users who are in excess of 115kg.
